1. Refund & Return Policy Overview
If paid by credit card or debit card, approved refunds will be issued to the original card provided at the time of purchase, and for payments made through bank transfer / UPI, the refund will be credited to the same bank account only.
For physical server hardware or merchandise, after the item is received undamaged in our warehouse, a refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping charges) will be credited to the original payment account within 7 working days from the day we receive a qualifying return.
2. Order & Service Cancellation Policy
Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason—including limitations on server/hardware quantities, inaccuracies in pricing information, or issues identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. If your order is canceled after your card/account has been charged, the full amount will be reversed back to your account.
3. Cancellations & 7-Day Returns by Customer
- Hardware & Physical Products: You may cancel your order before billing/shipping, or return physical merchandise in unused, saleable condition in its original packaging with original tags and invoice within 7 days from delivery.
- Custom Software, Web3 & Mobile App Milestones: Custom development projects are billed in agile milestones. An initial deposit or milestone payment can be canceled before engineering work commences. Once a milestone has been developed, demonstrated, and approved by the Client, that completed milestone is non-refundable.
- Domain Registration & Third-Party Licenses: Domain names, SSL certificates, and third-party cloud/API licenses registered specifically in the Client’s name cannot be refunded once provisioned by the registry.
