These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of T Software’s website, located at https://tsoftware.in, and govern all software development, Blockchain/Web3 engineering, AI/ML automation, mobile application development, UI/UX design, server hosting, and training services provided by T Software.
By accessing this website or engaging T Software for technical services, we assume you accept these Terms and Conditions in full. The terminology “Client”, “You”, and “Your” refers to you, the person or entity accessing this website and compliant with the Company’s terms. “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our”, and “Us” refers to T Software (Headquartered in Nagpur, Maharashtra, India).
2. Scope of Software, Web3 & Cloud Services
T Software delivers custom software development, mobile apps (iOS, Android, Flutter, React Native), Web3 & smart contracts, enterprise ERP/CRM suites, cloud infrastructure, and dedicated/VPS servers based on mutually agreed Statements of Work (SOW), project proposals, or online server orders.
- Project timelines and milestones are executed under our signature Ground-Up from Ground-Zero™ methodology.
- For Blockchain & Smart Contract deployments (EVM, Solana, Polygon, etc.), once smart contracts are deployed to an immutable public mainnet after Client sign-off, on-chain transactions cannot be reversed.
- Server and Cloud Hosting configurations are provisioned with 99.99% uptime SLA targets subject to acceptable use policies (no spamming, illegal hosting, or unauthorized crypto-mining).
3. Intellectual Property Rights & License
Unless otherwise stated, T Software and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all proprietary material on tsoftware.in. All intellectual property rights are reserved. For custom client projects, full source code and IP ownership are transferred to the Client upon completion of final milestone payments as specified in the project agreement.
You must not:
- Republish material from T Software without prior written authorization
- Sell, rent, or sub-license proprietary website assets from T Software
- Reproduce, duplicate, or copy proprietary frameworks from T Software
- Redistribute content from T Software for unauthorized commercial use

All agreements and disputes are governed by the laws of India, under the jurisdiction of the courts of Nagpur, Maharashtra.
